Why use a specific bottle?
Because the Nolla bottle is designed to:
- to withstand the test of time
- make filling easier (wide opening)
- to allow a homogeneous mixture
- to ensure the correct shampoo texture
- avoid any leaks
Can I use another bottle?
Yes, a 200ml bottle is all you need ✌️
However, we still recommend using the Nolla bottle because it's marked with the exact amount of water to add and, most importantly... the opening is very wide to make pouring the powder easier 🌨️
Is it suitable for children?
Yes! Soft, lightweight, no sharp edges... Perfect for little hands 👶
How do I clean it?
A rinse with hot water is sufficient.
And once in a while, a quick trip through the dishwasher and it's good to go again ✨

Julie Pour commenter le flacon, j'ai d'abord été sceptique car je le trouvais fort mou mais en fait il est très bien. Facile à remplir avec son goulot large, facile a presser pour faire sortir le shampoing et texture agréable au toucher, douce et en même temps pas glissante sous la douche.

Veronika This flacon doesn’t work for me at all. The white lid keeps popping off, which caused me to drop the whole thing like 4 times in the shower, spilling most of the shampoo in the process. I also wasn’t able to shake it properly in the beginning because the white lid kept coming off, so the first time I tried using the shampoo it was watery, then clumpy. I think I like the shampoo in theory but I will have to find an alternative to this flacon. And it annoyed me quite a bit that most of the avocado vanilla shampoo literally went down the drain.

What you describe isn’t how the flacon should behave at all. Normally the lid should stay firmly in place and allow easy, leak-free shaking.
In many cases, this issue comes from a small alignment detail: could you check that the silicone neck is properly fitted over the fixed white ring (just under the cap), all the way around? If it’s not fully in place, the seal can be compromised.
If you’d like, feel free to send us a quick photo or video so we can take a closer look 🙏
And of course, if your flacon is defective, we’ll replace it right away – we don’t want any more Vanilla Bliss going down the drain!
