HD Le flacon en soi est bien, mais sa première utilisation mériterait un mode d'emploi clair. En ouvrant la partie blanche pour le remplir, il faut bien veiller à ce que la partie souple couvre bien la partie blanche, sinon... ben il y en a partout, ça mousse en dehors, ça coule, ça glisse. Ce qui est dommage c'est que c'est après la mésaventure et les mains pleines de mousse que j'ai lu cette information dans les commentaires sur le produit. Une petite feuille avec le mode d'emploi glissée dans la boite m'aurait bien aidée. Une fois le flacon bien monté, il est top, pratique, ne coule pas et le shampooing a une texture et une senteur très agréable.

Désolé que ce n'ait pas été assez clair à la première utilisation… vous avez totalement raison, ça peut vite être un peu galère si le montage n’est pas bien compris 😅
On a justement ajouté des petits flyers explicatifs dans les boîtes depuis peu pour éviter ce souci.
Ravi en tout cas que le produit vous plaise une fois en place ✨

Veronika This flacon doesn’t work for me at all. The white lid keeps popping off, which caused me to drop the whole thing like 4 times in the shower, spilling most of the shampoo in the process. I also wasn’t able to shake it properly in the beginning because the white lid kept coming off, so the first time I tried using the shampoo it was watery, then clumpy. I think I like the shampoo in theory but I will have to find an alternative to this flacon. And it annoyed me quite a bit that most of the avocado vanilla shampoo literally went down the drain.

What you describe isn’t how the flacon should behave at all. Normally the lid should stay firmly in place and allow easy, leak-free shaking.
In many cases, this issue comes from a small alignment detail: could you check that the silicone neck is properly fitted over the fixed white ring (just under the cap), all the way around? If it’s not fully in place, the seal can be compromised.
If you’d like, feel free to send us a quick photo or video so we can take a closer look 🙏
And of course, if your flacon is defective, we’ll replace it right away – we don’t want any more Vanilla Bliss going down the drain!
