Are you having trouble opening your deodorant?

It's normal ! With the rough edges of the cardboard, the small push button is more difficult to use when first opened. You therefore have to push hard enough to “unblock” it.


Still can't do it? Turn the deodorant over without its cap and use a solid surface (table, work surface, etc.) to be able to push with more force. Once unlocked, all you have to do is enjoy it!

What are the shipping fees?

If you are located in Belgium, shipping costs amount to €6.25 for any order less than €30. Beyond this amount, delivery is free.

What are the delivery times?

For all orders to Belgium, delivery is made within 72 hours. If you are located outside Belgium, delivery times vary depending on your location.

What can I do if something goes wrong?

The Nolla team is always at your disposal! If you encounter a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact us via the following email hello@nolla.care. We will be happy to resolve your problem!

How do I track my package?

Did you receive a tracking number? Simply enter it on your carrier's website (Bpost, DPD, etc.). This will allow you to track the delivery of your package on time.

Didn't receive a tracking number? It is possible that the country in which you are located does not offer a carrier offering this type of tracking. If delivery takes too long, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@nolla.care!

Can I return my package?

Yes, under certain conditions. Have you changed your mind along the way? Was your product damaged during delivery? Contact us within 15 days by email at hello@nolla.care expressing your desire to withdraw.

For your package to be accepted and you to be reimbursed, several conditions must be met. The request and return of the package must have been made within 15 days after receipt of the package. The products cannot have been opened or used. The package must be returned to the following address:

Inside the package, you will make sure to include your first and last name as well as your order number.

Your order will then be refunded automatically to your account.
